Lindy Morrison (legendary drummer of The Go-Betweens) and I will be road testing some new songs when we head to ADELAIDE a little later this month. After our appearances at the wonderful Mullum Roots Festival and a quick trip to MONA during Dark Mofo, it’s time to return to some of our favourite venues ~ first stop, The Wheatsheaf.
The question everyone in South Australia is asking, though, is: will Lindy’s green velvet suit make it to The Wheaty? Come along Sunday afternoon, November 15 • around 3:30 pm – 6:00 pm and find out. We’ll have friends joining us too.

In other news, The Blackeyed Susans' 1993 album All Souls Alive has gone into a second pressing, currently with a third pre-order. Only available in black vinyl now, you can purchase it via Magnetic South or at your favourite independent record store.
This is the album with the ‘lightning in a bottle’ line-up — David McComb and ‘Evil’ Graham Lee from The Triffids, and Jim White and Warren Ellis from Dirty Three, along with Phil Kakulas and Rob Snarski. It lasted maybe two years, tops, and then... gone.
This is what we left behind.
