Someone at Mojo UK šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§ must like us as we sit at #7 on the most recent Mojo Playlist for our new mini album. That makes me happy. I KNOW I KNOW is in record stores now and can be found at Greville ā€¢ Landspeed ā€¢ Dada ā€¢ Rockinghorse and Redeye.

Thanks to everyone who came along to the Melbourne launch with our pals Dog Trumpet, such a great afternoon.

Next gig for me is an exclusive dinner and show in duo-mode with Shane ā€˜the maestroā€™ Oā€™Mara at Arcobar in Heatherton. A rare performance for just the two of us these days ...with fine dining, hope to see you there.

Sad to hear of the passing of Kinky Friedman. I played with him a couple of times at the old Caravan Music Club, where he also read from his book ā€œHeroes of a Texas Childhoodā€ ~ a moment stayed with me. Describing his father pushing a cart down the street, late 1940s selling potatoes shouting ā€œkartofel, kartofelā€. There was something in his voice when he read that piece I found incredibly moving. His sardonic wit wasnā€™t for everyone but if you listen to just one song, try ā€œJesus in Pajamasā€.

The last of the Snarski + Morrison tea towels are now online. Designed by Brisbane post punk pop artist Terry Murphy ~ available for $20 plus postage. Yes, weā€™re posting overseas too but itā€™s a tad pricey.

Hope to see you in Heatherton, ...or somewhere.
